Partner Terms
Last updated 31 August 2026
These terms apply to every RYDO partner: car drivers and dispatch bikers. By completing partner registration or going online in the RYDO Driver app, you agree to the terms below.
1. KYC and documentation
You agree to provide accurate KYC and vehicle information during registration, and to maintain valid licences, vehicle documents and any required approvals for as long as you're active on RYDO.
1A. Account, photo and phone number
Partners sign in with an email address (a one-time code sent to it) and must provide a real profile photo and a working phone number before going online. Riders and senders use your photo to recognise you and your number to call you during a trip or delivery. You agree to keep both accurate and to answer when a rider or sender calls about an active job.
2. Service category
You agree to operate only under your approved category, Car, Executive or Bike Dispatch, and not to use a vehicle or category that hasn't been verified and approved by RYDO.
3. Vehicle standards
You agree to keep your vehicle safe, clean and roadworthy, and to comply with traffic laws and RYDO's safety standards at all times while operating.
4. Platform integrity
You agree not to manipulate trips, fares, GPS location, or payments in any way, including accepting and cancelling trips to manipulate matching, or using unauthorised devices or software to spoof location.
5. Location tracking
You agree to allow location tracking while online and during any active trip or delivery. This is required for matching, live tracking, and fare calculation.
6. Conduct
You agree to treat riders, senders and recipients professionally and respectfully at all times.
7. Fees, payouts and bank details
You agree to RYDO's applicable platform fees and settlement rules. Where you accept card payments, your verified bank account is used for automatic payout of your earnings after RYDO's commission is deducted; you're responsible for keeping your bank details accurate and up to date.
8. Suspension and removal
Serious complaints, fraud, unsafe conduct, or expired documents may result in suspension or removal from the platform. Where possible, you'll be told the reason and given an opportunity to resolve it.
9. Changes to these terms
RYDO may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the Driver app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
