Terms of Use

These terms apply when you visit rydo.ng or use any RYDO app, whether or not you have an account. If you ride, send or drive with us, the Rider Terms or Partner Terms also apply. If they conflict with these terms, the more specific terms win.

• Use RYDO only for lawful purposes and in line with our Community Guidelines.
• Do not copy, scrape or reverse engineer the apps or website, or interfere with their security or operation.
• Do not use automated tools to create accounts, request trips or collect data.
• Do not pretend to be another person or organisation.

The RYDO name, logo, slogan, apps, website design and content belong to Rydo Mobility Service or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to link to our website or to refer to us accurately.

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as photos and reviews. You give us a licence to use it to run and improve RYDO, including showing it to the people on your trip. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it breaks no law.

We work to keep RYDO running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, pause or end features, and we may carry out maintenance.

Our website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, we provide the website and apps as they are and are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Using RYDO after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
